Golden Snacking Granola
|Oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped nuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned flaked coconut||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, 3 1/2 Ounce About 1 1/3 Cup)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Canned But Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Banana chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 300°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except banana chips and raisins; mix well.
Spread evenly in aluminum foil-lined 15x 10-inch jellyroll pan or baking sheet.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; stir in banana chips and raisins.
Store tightly covered at room temperature.
