|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Mix oats, sunflower kernels, coconut, sesame seed and wheat germ in 2-quart casserole. Mix honey, oil, vanilla and salt. Pour over oat mixture; stir well. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) stirring every 2 minutes, until toasted, 4 to 6 minutes.
2. Stir in raisins. Let cool about 1 hour. Break granola into pieces. Store in tightly covered container no longer than 1 week.
