Ingredients
  Quick 3 Cup (48 tbs), rolled (cooking oats)
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pecans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Soybeans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix well. Pour into 3-quart (13 x 9) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on ROAST for 5 minutes. Stir again and continue cooking on ROAST for 5 to 6 minutes or
