Raisin Cranberry Granola Bars

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chilled butter 2 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
  Packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Uncooked regular oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dried cranberries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2 Large, lightly beaten
  Applesauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
3. Cut butter into brown sugar with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in flour, oats, and next 5 ingredients.
4. Combine egg whites, applesauce, and vanilla; stir well. Add to oat mixture; stir well.
5. Press mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into squares.
