Savory Granola Crackers
|Rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a large bowl, stir together oats, flour, almonds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, honey, salt, oregano, thyme, and onion powder.
With a fork, beat together eggs and oil.
Stir into oat mixture.
Preheat oven to 400° F.and grease a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
With a spatula, press dough evenly into prepared pan, and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, then into triangles.
Remove to rack to cool.
Store in airtight container.
