Granola

Ingredients
  Rolled oats 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Regular)
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Toasted wheat germ 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey/Molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mixed dried fruit bits 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Miniature chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut, peanuts, sunflower seeds and wheat germ.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, combine honey and oil.
Pour over oat mixture, stirring well to coat evenly.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 10 minutes until mixture is toasted, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add dried fruit bits, dates and chocolate chips.
Set aside.
Line 3-quart oblong glass baking dish with foil.
Press the granola mixture into dish.
Cool and break into pieces.
Store in an airtight container
