Ingredients
  Quick cooking oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried apple slices 1
  Snipped dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced dried pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a large bowl mix together the oats, soy flour, wheat germ, corn-meal, sesame seeds, dry milk, sugar, pulverized sunflower seeds, oil and water. Mix very well.
2. Spread in shallow baking pans so that the layers are not thicker than 1 inch. Bake in a 300-degree oven until golden, about 35 minutes. Stir several times. Cool.
3. Mix the raisins, apples, apricots, and pineapple and store in a tightly capped container.
