Coconut Granola

Ingredients
  Oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped nuts/Seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In 3 qt glass bowl blend ingredients except raisins.
Microwave (high) 10-12 minutes or until ingredients are toasted, stirring every 4 minutes. (Add raisins last 4 minutes.) Cool, sprinkled on cookie sheet.
Store in covered container.
