|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a large bowl, toss oats, walnuts, coconut and sesame seeds.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook oil, honey, brown Sugar, water and vanilla until well mixed.
Pour over oat mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Pour into two greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking pans.
Bake at 275° for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool, stirring occasionally.
Store in an airtight container.
