Healthy Granola

You can have Granola either as a snack or breakfast food. Whatever you opt Granola is not going to disappoint. Have it with yogurt or honey!
  Rolled oats 960 Milliliter (4 Cups)
  Raw sunflower seeds 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Unbleached sesame seeds 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Slivered almonds 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Cinnamon 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pure maple syrup/Honey 160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Oil 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)

Combine ingredients in large heavy skillet.
You don't want to fill the skillet too full; if it isn't big enough, heat the granola in batches.
Cook over medium heat, 300°F (150°C) in electric fry pan, stirring constantly to cook evenly and prevent burning.
Cooks in about 10 minutes.
Watch granola carefully, it scorches easily.
