Coconut Granola Bars

Ingredients
  Quick cooking oats 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped unsalted peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine oats, coconut, and wheat germ in a greased 9 inch square pan.
Bake at 325° for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, and honey in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter melts and sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, and add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter melts.
Pour over oat mixture.
Add peanuts and raisins, and stir well.
Press mixture firmly into pan with greased fingertips.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Cut into bars.
