Granola With Brown Sugar

Ingredients
  Raisins 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rolled oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Cloves 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Soak raisins in hot water to cover for 10 minutes or until plump; drain.
In glass bowl, combine sugar, oil and honey; cook on high (9) for 1 minute or until sugar is melted; stir well.
In larger glass dish, mix together rolled oats, almonds, wheat germ and spices.
Pour sugar mixture over dry ingredients; mix well.
Cook on high (9) for 10 minutes; stir every two minutes to avoid burning in spots.
