Ingredients
  Quinoa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat some olive oil in pan. Add coriander powder and turmeric.
2. Add quinoa and saute till you hear the popping sound.
3. Add two cups of hot water. Stir well.
4. Add a pinch of salt. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Once the quinoa has absorbed all the water and is cooked, add chopped almonds, cilantro, parsley and lemon juice.

SERVING
6.You could have it as a salad with a bowl of soup or as a side to your proteins.
