How To Prepare Couscous

Ingredients
  Couscous 4 Ounce
  Regular salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Water 7 Fluid Ounce
  Butter 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl put all the ingredients except water and butter (if using).
2. Then pour in the boiling water in the bowl mix all ingredients well and leave it aside for 5 minute.
3. Once all the water is absorbed put in a little butter and mix it well with the cooked couscous.

SERVING
4. Serve it as a side, instead of rice, pasta or bread. Couscous goes really well with lamb taiine or Moroccan curries.

TIP
You can add cooked vegetables, herbs, spices, and seasonings to the couscous if you like.
