Chicken & Orange Quinoa Salad

This is a GREAT summer recipe! Perfect for your next BBQ. Its also great to make ahead and have in the fridge for lunch!
  Cooked quinoa 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Orange bell pepper 1 , diced
  Pre cooked rotisserie chicken 18 Ounce, skin removed (White Meat)
  Green onions 8 , chopped (Green And White Parts)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (Make Sure No Wheat For Gluten-Free)
  Maple extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Sriracha)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Krisda stevia 100 Gram

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Set aside to cool. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. In a larger bowl, add cooled quinoa, green onion, rotisserie chicken and orange pepper. Pour dressing overtop and toss to coat.
