|Couscous||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs), defatted|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Lightly spray an unheated large skillet with olive oil no-stick spray.
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Add the couscous.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in the broth, pepper and allspice.
Cook and gently toss with two forks until the liquid is absorbed.
