Grilled Peaches with Couscous and Balsamic Reduction

Peaches can be used with variations like grilling in recipes including even desserts. Here is a recipe to make Grilled Peaches as well as Couscous and Balsamic Reduction sauce to serve with. Good wholesome fulfilling meal!

Ingredients

Balsamic vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Couscous 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Peaches 2 , slice into 1/2 inch thick to make 2 slices / peach

Directions

Place balsamic vinegar and sugar into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once it has boiled turn down to a medium-low heat until it reaches a syrup-like consistency. Approximately 8 minutes.

Couscous:

Bring water up to a boil then pour in couscous and cover with a lid. Turn heat off and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

Grilled Peaches:

Preheat Grill to a medium-low heat. Slice up peaches and place on the grill. Cook 2 minutes per side.

Assemble the side dish with couscous on the bottom, a grilled peach in the middle and drizzle with the balsamic reduction. Serve and Enjoy!

*Hint: For nice presentation use a circle shape cookie cutter and pack the couscous inside. Slowly raise the cookie cutter, then place peach on top of the couscous and drizzle the plate with the balsamic reduction. Serve and Enjoy!
