Boiled Couscous Semolina

Ingredients
  Beef broth/Chicken broth or water 1 Quart
  Uncooked couscous 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large heavy saucepan, rapidly boil the broth, then gradually mix in the couscous, stirring briskly.
2) Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, then lightly stir in the butter and salt.
3) Turn off the heat, cover and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes until dry.

SERVING
4) Gently fluff with a fork and immediately serve with the gravy.
