Couscous Provencale

Ingredients
  Chopped tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Couscous 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Feta cheese/Blue cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a slow cooker, put tomatoes, green onions, garlic, thyme and basil.
2.Cover the cooker and let the ingredients cook on LOW for 5-6 hrs.
3.Once done, put couscous and olives and stir well.
4.Put the cooker's lid on and let the dish cook on HIGH for another 25-30 minutes.

SERVING
5.Top the dish with crumbled cheese and serve.
