Raisin and Zucchini Couscous

Ingredients
  Couscous 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Pound)
  Small zucchini 12 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Raisins 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (4 Ounce)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Put the couscous in a large bowl and cover generously with cold water.
Leave to soak for 20 minutes, then drain well, pressing out as much water as possible.
Mix together the couscous, zucchini, raisins, salt and paprika.
Place in a colander placed over a pan of boiling water or a couscousier and steam over simmering water for 30 minutes, until tender.
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and drizzle over the butter.
Mix it in lightly with a fork and serve.
