Almond Spice Couscous

Ingredients
  Apple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Uncooked couscous 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except almonds and yogurt.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and couscous is tender.
Stir in almonds and yogurt.
Serve warm or cool in individual dishes.
