Spiced Yogurt Pork With Couscous
|Natural yoghurt||150 Milliliter|
|Garam masala||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Lemon||1 , zested and juiced|
|Pork loin chops||2|
|Chicken stock||200 Milliliter, made (Fresh, Cube Or Concentrate, Hot)|
|Coriander||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), roughly chopped|
Mix together the yoghurt, garam masala garlic lemon zest and 1/2 the lemon juice.
Add the pork chops and marinate for 10 minutes.
Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the hot stock over.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Fluff up with a fork, then stir in the coriander and remaining lemon juice.
Grill the chops for 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
Serve with the couscous.
