|Onion||1 Medium, mince|
|Uncooked couscous||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tamari/Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Melt butter or margarine In a large skillet. Add onion and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in couscous and mix well.
Add water and tamari or soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then cover skillet and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and transfer couscous to a serving dish. Garnish with toasted almonds.
