|Vegetable broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned black beans||1 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed drained|
|Tomato||1 Medium, seeded and chopped|
|Santa fe style spice blend||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato lentil flavored couscous||5 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
In a medium saucepan, combine the broth, beans, tomato, and spice blend.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Stir in the couscous.
Cover and remove from the heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Coat a k-cup custard cup or measuring cup with cooking spray.
Stir the couscous mixture and spoon into the cup, pressing to pack.
Turn the cup over onto a serving plate and carefully remove the cup.
Repeat with the remaining couscous to make 12 timbales.
