Sunny Couscous Cereal

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Couscous 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped blanched almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen apple juice concentrate 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 to 6 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and couscous is tender.
Let stand, covered, for 1 minute.
