Millet Porridge

Millet is a kind of grain that is so delicious. Here is how I cook millet.
Ingredients
  Millet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse millet in water.
Put it a frying pan and add a tbsp of oil and toast it.
Then add 2 cups of water and ΒΌ tsp salt.
Bring it to boil and then close it with lid.
Let is cook for 20 minutes.
Open the lid and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Fluff the millet with a fork and mix it with a wooden spoon.
Serve it on a plate with fish stew.
