Hansen's Beverage Thai Style Couscous

Ingredients
  Lime soda 1 Can (10 oz) (Hansen'S Mandarin)
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed (Large Clove)
  Quick cooking couscous 10 Ounce
  Toasted sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , minced
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), snipped
Directions

1. Combine soda, diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, mint and garlic in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, green onions and cilantro; set aside.
3. Uncover couscous, fluff with a fork and stir in contents of the bowl.
