Couscous With Vegetables In Savory Broth

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Dry white wine/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Zucchini 1 Medium, sliced
  Bell pepper 1 Small, sliced (Red Or Green)
  Savory herb with garlic soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Couscous 8 Ounce, cooked (1 1/3 Cups)
Directions

In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until golden.
Add wine and boil over high heat 1 minute.
Stir in carrots, zucchini, red pepper and savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
