Curried Couscous

Ingredients
  Butter/Stick margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  30% less salt chicken broth 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Uncooked couscous 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add curry and allspice; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
