Soybeans And Millet Casserole

|Onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Tomato juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Marjoram||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Brown sugar replacement||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook soybeans and millet according to package directions.
Saute onions, green peppers and mushrooms in the oil for 10 minutes.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Bake in well-greased casserole at 325°F (165°C) for about 45 to 60 minutes.
