Dutch Oven Goulash Soup

Ingredients
  Onions 3 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Lean veal 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Beef stock/Bouillon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Tomatoes 3 Small, chopped
Directions

In 4-quart Dutch oven or soup kettle, saute onions and garlic in hot oil until lightly browned.
Add paprika; cook 1 minute.
Stir in ground meats; saute until lightly browned.
Gradually add stock and seasonings; cover.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add potatoes and tomatoes; cover.
Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
