  Onions 8
  Fat 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Beef chuck 3 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Summer savory 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the beef into cubes or slices

MAKING
2.In a pan, place the onions and cook slowly with fat
3.Place the beef and sprinkle with vinegar and savory
4.Now add salt, paprika and cooked onions
5.In a pot, place the seasoned lamb along with onions and simmer for 2 hours

SERVING
6.Serve with rice, cooked vegetables or salads
