Vegetable Goulash

Ingredients
  Fresh corn kernels 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut from about 3 ears
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned kidney beans 15 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine vegetables, tomato sauce, and remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; blend.
Cover and bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
