Country Goulash

Country Goulash is a unique dish that is a meal in itself. You can serve this wonderful dish at home for a grand dinner. I made this for my husband for our anniversary dinner and he loved it! Try the Country Goulash!
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Onions 3 Medium, chopped
  Bell peppers 3 Medium, chopped
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese slice 3
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Brown hamburger, onions and peppers in shortening in a large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add additional water, if necessary.
