Alpine Goulash

Ingredients
  Cubed stew meat 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown meat well on both sides in shortening; add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Mix carefully; cover and cook slowly for 3 hours and 30 minutes or till tender.
Stir in sour cream; heat and serve
