  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Noodles 4 Ounce
  Tomato juice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Condensed beef broth 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained, broiled

Place beef, onion, garlic, and 1 teaspoon salt in electric skillet.
Heat to about 350°; cook and stir till beef is browned.
Add noodles.
Combine next 7 ingredients; pour over noodles.
Cover; simmer at about 220° for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green pepper.
Cover; cook 10 minutes or till noodles are tender.
Stir in mushrooms, sour cream; heat.
