Goulash Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Onions 2 Large
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Meat stock 1 Pint
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Flavoring)
  Thyme 1 Tablespoon (For Flavoring)
  Bay leaf 1 (For Flavoring)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Pepper 1 (Green Or Red)
  Tomatoes 2 Large
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat butter in the pan until melted.
2.Slice onion and add to it.
3.Saute for 2 minutes and add paprika.
4.Cook slowly for 1 more minute.
5.Add flour, tomato puree, stock, parsley, thyme and bay leaf.
6.Pound garlic and shred the peppers.
7.Remove the peeel of tomatoes.
8.Add pepper, garlic and tomato to the mixture and heat until boiling.
9.Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.

SERVING
10.Serve sauce with snacks or refrigerate for later use.
