Vegetarian Goulash

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Whole meal flour 1 Tablespoon (Rounded Dessertspoon)
  Hungarian paprika 1 Tablespoon (Heaped Tablespoon)
  Italian tomatoes 11 Ounce, canned (1 Can)
  Hot water 1⁄2 Pint, enriched with tomato puree
  Cauliflower sprigs 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Carrots 1⁄2 Pound, cut in to chunks (225 Gram)
  Courgettes 1⁄2 Pound, cut in to chunks (225 Gram)
  Potatoes 1⁄2 Pound, cut into halves
  Green pepper 1 Pinch, deseeded and chopped
  Cayenne pepper 2 Pinch
  Sour cream/Yogurt 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 F

MAKING
1) Into a heat proof casserole, heat some oil and sauté the onion till soft
2) Add in the flour, paprika and cayenne pepper and stir well
3) Sauté for a minute , then add caned tomatoes
4) Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and then add the carrots, potatoes, courgettes, cauliflower sprigs and green pepper
5) Add salt and pepper to taste
6) Cover with a lid and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 F

FINALIZING
7) Stir in sour cream or yoghurt
8) Sprinkle some paprika

SERVING
9) Serve hot with some buttered rice
