Romertopf Potato Goulash

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Onions 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dripping stock 2 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 475F.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, heat oil. Saute the thinly-sliced onions till they turn golden brown in color.
3) Add in the fried onions into the romertopf.
4) Add in the sliced potatoes into the romertopf.
5) Next, add in the caraway seeds, paprika, salt and marjoram.
6) Add in the stock to cover half of the mixture.
7) Place the romertopf in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes or till done.

SERVING
8) Serve the Romertopf Potato Goulash, garnished with chopped parsley leaves.
