Vegetable Goulash

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Special oil 2 Tablespoon
  Diced green peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 20 Ounce (1 can)
  Diced potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen mixed vegetables package 20 Ounce, thawed (2 packages)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a casserole dish, heat oil in it and cook onions in it for 5 minutes.
2.Put green peppers in the casserole and cook for 5 more minutes.
3.Add tomatoes, potatoes, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar and paprika and let the ingredients boil.
4.Lower the flame and cook for 20 minutes.
5.Combine flour and water and put in the casserole.

SERVING
6.Serve goulash warm.
