Easy Beef Goulash

Ingredients
  Stewing beef 3 Pound, cubed
  Onion 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt To Taste
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Hot paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Boiled potatoes 6
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , sliced
Directions

Saute onion in butter 5 minutes.
Add beef, marjoram, caraway, garlic, salt and 2 cups water.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Combine paprika, catsup and 2 tablespoons water.
Add this mixture to stew.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve with hot potatoes and sliced eggs.
