Budapest Chicken Goulash

Ingredients
  Safflower oil/Corn oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cubed (1 1/4 Pound. With Bone Will Yield 1 Pound Boned)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Nonfat dry milk 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, heat oil and saute onions till brown
2. Add paprika and tomato paste along with half a cup of water and mix it all well
3. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and add to the skillet along with the lemon peel; simmer with th lid on for twenty minutes
4. In a bowl, combine the flour and dry milk and add to the chicken mixture, cooking for another five minutes

SERVING
5. Serve as required
