Beef Goulash

Ingredients
  Boneless beef chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, drained, chopped (1 Can)
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled, cut into 8 pieces each
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large plastic bag toss together beef and flour.
2) Transfer the content to a 3-quart casserole.
3) Mix in remaining ingredients.
4) Seal well with plastic wrap.

FINALIZING
5) Place in Microwave at Power Hi for 5 minutes.
6) Reduce to Power 5 and cook further for 70 to 75 minutes stirring 3 - 4 times in between.
7) Cover and let stand 10 minutes

SERVING
8) Serve immediately.
