Goulash

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Stewing steak 9 Ounce (700 Gram)
  Plain flour 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Onions 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Piquillo 2 Ounce, cut
  Plum tomatoes 450 Gram, peeled seeded and chopped (450 Gram)
  Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Beef stock 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Flat-leaf parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Soured cream 4 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy based pan, add olive oil and heat it
2. Season the steak and dust with flour; add it to the olive oila dn fry it till sealed and golden; remove from the pan set aside
3. Add onions, peppers and garlic and fry over a medium flame for about ten minutes until soft
4. Add the meat back to the pan, along with paprika and tomatoes; add stock and gently simmer, with the lid partly on for an hour and a half

SERVING
5. Sprinkle some parsley on top, add a dollop of sour cream and serve
