Oven Beef Goulash

Ingredients
  Boneless beef chuck 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Powdered mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
Mix next 5 ingredients.
Dredge beef with the mixture and brown on all sides in hot fat in skillet.
Put beef in 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with remaining flour, if any.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, and bake in preheated moderate oven (350° F.) for 2 hours.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Makes 6 servings.
