Ingredients
  Boneless beef chuck 2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Canned beef broth 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 , cut into thin strips
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, combine beef, broth, onion, green pepper, paprika, tomato paste, caraway, salt, and pepper.
Blend water and flour; stir into beef mixture.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 1 1/4 hours, stirring twice.
