Pork Goulash

Ingredients
  Lean pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Green pepper 1 Small, cut into strips
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In skillet, brown meat in shortening; pour off fat.
Add soup, tomatoes, celery, and seasonings.
Cover; cook over low heat 2 hours 15 minutes.
Add green pepper; cook 15 minutes more or until meat is tender.
Stir occasionally.
Gradually blend water into flour until smooth; slowly stir into sauce.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
