Goulash is a soup or stew made with beef, vegetables and spices. It is a popular Hungarian dish, where it is still made as a soup or stew. The American goulash is more like stew and may be baked also. It contains elbow macaroni and ground beef and tomato soup or paste. Goulash is served as a lunch or supper dish.
Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 1 Pound
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned tomato soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Ketchup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cayanne pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Minced garlic essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a kettle, boil water and add macaroni. Cook the macaroni for 10 minutes and drain it.
2. In a pan, place ground beef and add minced garlic essence, cayenne pepper and salt. Cook the beef and set aside.
3. Add ground beef mixture into macaroni along with tomato soup. Stir it well with a spatula. Add ketchup and again mix it well.

SERVING
4. Serve goulash with garlic bread and salad.
