Ingredients
  Lean stew beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Canned v 8 vegetable juice 11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown meat and onions in nonstick skillet.
Add V-8 vegetable juice and pepper.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
