Stewed Beef Goulash

Ingredients
  Steak 800 Gram
  Seasoned flour 30 Milliliter
  Cooking oil 30 Milliliter
  Onions 2 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , deseeded and sliced
  Beef stock 150 Milliliter
  Canned tomatoes 397 Gram (Including Juice)
  Paprika 10 Milliliter
  Tomato puree 30
  Bouquet garni 1
  Soured cream/Natural yoghurt 142 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Toss the meat in seasoned flour.
In a large pan heat the oil and fry the meat till lightly browned.
Add the onions and pepper and.
cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Add stock and tomatoes, paprika, tomato puree and bouquet garni.
Season to taste.
Bring to the boil then transfer to Slo cooker.
Cook for the recommended time.
Remove bouquet garni.
